I offer trauma-informed therapeutic coaching grounded in the Compassionate Inquiry approach.
This work supports you in gently exploring emotions, patterns, and body sensations, with curiosity, safety, and deep respect for your pace.
Rather than fixing or changing you, this approach invites awareness and understanding, allowing insight and transformation to emerge naturally.
This space may be supportive if you:
• feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected
• notice recurring emotional or relational patterns
• carry unresolved emotional pain or past experiences that still affect you
• feel disconnected from your body or its signals
• want a slower, compassionate way of meeting yourself
• are curious about your inner world and how your body holds experience
Some clients also come to explore patterns around food, such as emotional eating or binge-eating patterns, often connected to stress, trauma, or unmet emotional needs.

What Is a session Like
Sessions are 60-minute online sessions, conversational, relational, and body-aware.
We may talk, pause, and gently notice emotions, sensations, or inner responses as they arise.
There is no pressure to relive trauma, explain everything, or perform in any way.
Silence, emotion, and slowness are welcome.
You lead the pace, and we follow what feels safe and present in the moment.
