My name is Athena Ghadeer.

I offer trauma-informed therapeutic coaching grounded in the Compassionate Inquiry approach. My work is rooted in presence, gentleness, and deep respect for each person’s inner world.

I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to slow down and listen to emotions, to the body, and to what has been living quietly beneath the surface. In our work together, there is no pressure to change, explain, or arrive anywhere. You are invited to come exactly as you are.

I work in a relational and body-aware way, following your pace and what feels present in the moment. Rather than giving advice or solutions, I offer attentive presence, curiosity, and a supportive space where understanding can unfold naturally.

I am trained in the Compassionate Inquiry approach and work with an awareness of how past experiences can shape present patterns, emotions, and bodily responses. This work is gentle and respectful, honoring both vulnerability and strength.

Embodiment and movement are also meaningful parts of my life and inform how I listen and hold space not only to words, but to silence, sensations, and what is felt rather than spoken.

If you are considering working together, you are warmly welcome to book a free introductory session. This is simply a space to meet, ask questions, and sense whether this feels like the right support for you.
